Linky for schedules

Two bloggers have teamed up for this linky on the second of each month
they are

This month's theme is our schedule - what does it look like and how do I use it!

This year I team teach with Stacey. We have 48 Year 3/4 students and share our space, our kids and our planning.

We begin our day with 'Read to Self' and 'Read to Someone' and them we meet in our shared space.

This is our weekly timetable which we share at the start of the week and discuss any changes and new events.

We prepare our week in our planing time and display this on our shared large screen TV (like a big screen)
We are currently on break - but here is our first week back.

Then we share the slide that is all about today.

Stacey and I have more detailed plans for English and Mathematics.

We base our programs on the philosophy behind  Daily 5 and Cafe for Reading and 6 Traits plus 1 for Writing.

For Mathematics we do not follow a program - we are trying to use investigations to differentiate our work. Our team has a year planner and this is flexible enough to cater for all 7 grades in our team.

Go and check out what other classroom use for their schedules by clicking the image below.

Happy blog hopping to check out what others do.....
