This looks awesome......! Even though I have the Daily 5 book and was right into the book review a few bloggers did a few years ago, I've never tried it myself.....am planning to try it out next year.....does it fit in the the Australian Curriculum OK?
It fits beautifully into our new curriculum and I love it - the results are amazing, the strategies the kids know and use are streets above the way I used to teach
You rock the clock Paula - I love it too!
Hi PaulaMy Kinder teacher Buddy and I are just about to start daily Five. We have the book and we thought Term 4 Kindergarten was a great/safe time for us to trial it. Any suggestions gladly accepted. Do you have individual book boxes for your kids? with thanksJulie :)Mrs Stowe's Kinder Cottage
We do have book boxes - but due to a drain on resources we share readers. So we don't go 'shopping' for books but browse in our shared box. Paula from Paula’s Place and iSURF Maths
Hi Paula,Is that software or a website your kids are using (in the photo where I can see 'an' words)? Im in desperate need of some good word work type computer/iPad activities. :)LaurenLove, Laughter and Learning in Prep!
Hey Paula,I noticed your kiddos were in a group at one laptop. Do you have a jack with multiple plugs for that center? I can't seem to find a jack that will work with multiple small plugs. Thanks,SarahTeaching Resources for the Classroom
Sorry - to have taken so long to reply. I use a five splitter. We use about 3 of them in our room and they are great.
