We have photos of our students and discuss what we are doing for cohorts.
We find having faces, helps to really delve into best practice and what will work for the students we are discussing.
We have also found that having the curriculum focus at the top helps to guide us what is next in the planning process.
We track our students across the school.
Our preps are green this year and each year level has a different colour.
We can then take all the students in our school who may be at the same level and have a professional discussion about what to do, what resources fit and what teachers will address their needs.
